I should update this place, but I've been busy...
Later then.

News, Views, and More for NorCal Track Cyclists
People who ride at Hellyer, and would-be riders at Hellyer have indicated that we need an internet venue that offers more information about the programs at Hellyer beyond the schedules and results that we can find at ridethetrack.com and the discussions at the NCVA Google Group.
This blog called NorCalTrackCycling is a place for information and the exchange of ideas, comments and similar about what's going on at Hellyer Park Velodrome, in San Jose, California, and the people who ride there, whether they are a World Champion in the making or an eight year-old kid who just likes riding up and down the banking.
And this is not my blog. Nobody wants to read a bunch of stuff about me or what I think about clinchers vs. sew-ups (sew-ups for racing, clinchers for training) or why there aren't more good track sprinters (they're playing football), or whether Britney Spears would be a better sprinter or pursuiter (who cares?!!).
If you have an article you'd like posted here, please email it to me and I'll post it, as long as it's informative and in the interest of making Hellyer Park Velodrome a great place to be. The articles/posts will have a comments section at the bottom so that people can ask questions or comment about the idea, program, or event.
In the end, I hope that more people who haven't ridden on the track decide to give Hellyer Park's Velodrome a try, and that when anybody goes to the track they'll find a variety of programs and events that will be safe, challenging, and fun! Seeya out there!
